摘要
根据多年空中交通管制(ATC)系统研究与开发经验,结合当前信息技术发展动向和ATC系统研究面临的困境,提出了关于管制回路重构、人与系统关系以及技术系统能与不能的思考,从技术发展可能性角度,探讨了未来ATC系统发展的重点领域和方向。
According to the development experience of the air traffic control （ATC） system, com-bined with the development direction of the information technology and the development dilemma of ATC systems,the considerations are presented, including control loop reconstruction, rela-tionship between human and system, and the capability or the incapability of the technical systems . From the perspective of technological development , the focus areas and the directions of the future ATC system are discussed.
