摘要
随着竞技太极拳运动发展的现代化、运动训练科学化以及竞赛规则的不断完善的需要,当下竞争日益激烈、运动技术相对稳定,成绩差距相近的形势下,高水平优秀运动员之间的竞争更多地体现在对技术的特征和训练细节的认识程度上。因此,对技术特征的认识不能仅仅停留在平时专项技术训练的宏观外在的认识形式,而应深入到神经、肌肉用力的专项化,从深层次分析专项技术特点。运用文献资料法、访谈法以及实验法,对竞技太极拳"322B+3"落地阶段下肢肌肉用力的特征进行研究,采用美国DELSYS公司生产的Trignotm Wireless System肌电仪器进行测试,主要对该技术动作的落地阶段各个环节,即落地点环节、缓冲点环节、独立步点环节中腿部6块肌肉的激活顺序、用力持续时间和积分肌电值3个方面进行分析,并根据运动解剖学知识与运动生物力学原理结合竞技太极"322B+3"的动作技术要领全面的阐释了其动作的肌肉用力特征机制,旨在提高该技术动作的落地稳定性,对竞技太极拳跳跃类难度落地专项动作技术和专项力量训练有着十分重要的指导意义。
With the competitive Taijiquan modernization, the scientific training and sports competition rules need to be improved. The competition between high-level elite athletes reflected in the level of awareness of the features and technical details on the training. Therefore, the technical characteristics not only just stay in the usual understanding of special technical training macroscopic external forn~, but should be deep into the nerves, the muscles of the special, deeper analysis of specific technical characteristics. In this paper, the literature, interviews and experimental method of competitive Taijiquan "322B + 3" landing stage lower limb muscle force characteristics were studied, using the DELSYS Trignotm Wireless System EMG instrument for testing, the main all as- pects of the landing stage of technical movements, namely: the landing point links, point buffer link, link independent step points in leg six of muscle activa- tion order, duration and force integration EMG analysis of three aspects, according to the motion and anatomy knowledge and exercise biomechanics competi- tive binding Taijiquan "322B + 3" action essentials comprehensive technical explanation of the mechanism of its action the muscles of features designed to im- prove the stability of the technical operation of the landing of competitive Taijiquan skip class difficulty landing specific technical action and special strength training has a very important significance.
