摘要
从某种意义上说,正是居住密度(开发强度)决定了城市空间形态甚至人们的居住生活品质,然而,目前有关其定义、计算、概念及其要素间相互关系的研究以抽象的、局部的定性研究为主,缺少大范围的、跨越一定时段的量化统计以及可视化研究。本文旨在通过对上海1985年至今约1300多个随机选取的居住小区进行密度量化统计,并以图表形式呈现居住密度分布及密度指标间的相互关系,实现抽象的居住密度的可视化(Visualization)表达,进而建立居住密度描述和比较的基础,呈现出居住密度指标横向间联系、纵向变化以及空间分布的规律和特征。
In a sense, it is the residential density （development intensity） which determines the urban space form and even people＇s living quality. However, current study on its definition, calculation, concept and the relationship between the elements still remains abstract and partial, lacking of quantitative and time-span research based on statistics and visualization. This paper randomly chooses more than 1300 selected housing blocks as quantification statistics sources, and presented in chart form to demonstrate the relationship between density distribution and index, which will realize the visualization of the abstract residential density, establish the foundation of description and comparison of residential density, and indicate regularity and characteristics of its spatial distribution.
