摘要
粉尘是港口散货港区煤炭堆场主要大气污染物,防风网抑尘效率通常在50%~70%。研究采用数值模拟方法,建立南港东港区煤堆场几何模型、风速场等数值模型,选定典型环境情景,借助Fluent 6.3.26软件,对防风网抑尘工况参数进行模拟优化。结果表明,堆网间距为1倍堆高、孔隙率为0.4、网高为1.2倍堆高时,防风网抑尘效率可达90%。若将抑尘效率从50%提高至90%,东港区年粉尘排放量将减少0.62万吨,其贡献十分可观。
Dust was the main air pollutant in coal storage yard of the bulk port area, and the efficiency of wind proof net was usually 50%~70%. The numerical simulation method was used to develop a geometry model of coal storage yard space in Nangang Eastern Zone and a anemometric field numerical simulation model. Under typical environmental circumstances, the parameters of the wind proof net were optimized with the help of Fluent 6.3.26 software. The optimal results showed that the pile space was the same as the stack height; the porosity was 0.4; the net height was 1.2 times of the stack height; and the efficiency of the wind proof net could reach 90%. If the wind proof net efficiency increased from 50% to 90%, the annual dust emissions would be reduced by 6200 tons in the eastern zone. The contribution of wind proof net to the reduction of dust emission was very considerable.
