我国糖皮质激素眼用制剂在角膜和眼表疾病治疗中应用的专家共识（2016年） 被引量：18

摘要 糖皮质激素（以下简称激素）类眼用制剂是目前治疗眼部炎性反应最常用和最有效的药物之一。在角膜和眼表炎性反应疾病中，合理应用激素眼用制剂能够快速有效控制炎性反应和病情。但是，不规范使用可能导致疗效差，甚至出现严重副作用，如使病情迁延、角膜感染加重等。强调眼科医师应掌握激素眼用制剂使用的适应证和用法，对角膜及眼表疾病的治疗有重要的临床意义。
