摘要
翻转课堂教学模式具有提高学生自主学习能力,易化学生知识与能力提升的等优点。本文以《细胞生物学实验》"植物细胞DNA制备与显示技术"课例为研究对象,采用网络课程资源自主学习、热点问题专题讨论、实验方案设计等方式,植入了PBL法的"问题设置"、"问题解决"、"能力拓展"翻转课堂模式,形成学习资源搜集、课前自主学习与合作实验探究、课堂讨论与答疑、课后能力拓展、反馈与评价的"五段学习法"。在锻炼实操技能的同时,培养学生关注食品安全及环境问题的意识。
Flipped classroom teaching mode has the advantages of improving students' autonomous learning ability,easy to change students' knowledge and ability promotion. In this study,the experiment of cell biology of "Preparation and display technology of plant cell DNA" was taken as the object lesson,content preview using the network course platform of cell biology,combined with controversy on hot topics and experimental scheme design,the "problem setting", "problem solving" and "ability development" of the PBL method were implanted in the flipped classroom model,formed learning resource collection,autonomous learning and cooperative experiment research before class,classroom discussion and question answering,ability development after class,and feedback and evaluation of "five steps learning method". The practical skills were trained,and further promote students to concern and think about food safety,environmental issues.
