摘要
自承式芯模现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构在施工过程中有效地减少了钢筋、模板、混凝土的用量,减轻了结构的自重,极大降低了工程造价;且在满足构造要求的前提下,相对于普通楼盖而言,无次梁,无凹凸部位等,顶面完全平整,具有空间大、刚度大、抗震性能好等优点.以实际工程为例,介绍了该技术的施工方法及工艺特点.
The cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor technology of self-supporting core mold in the construction process reduces the quantity of steel bar, formwork, concrete and the weight of the structure, the construction cost. The adoption of the technology can meet the construction requirements with no supporting beam, no concave and convex parts, and the roof is complete. It has advantages of big space, high rigidity and good seismic performance. This paper introduces the construction method and technological characteristics supported with an actual proiect.
