摘要
通过废混凝土骨料和废砖骨料按比例混合模拟建筑垃圾的组成,制成建筑垃圾再生混凝土,在分析废砖骨料掺量、附加水用量和颗粒级配等对再生混凝土性能影响的基础上,研究道路面层建筑垃圾再生混凝土配合比设计方法。结果表明:建筑垃圾再生混凝土抗折强度随水灰比的增大而降低,随附加水用量的增大而降低;当再生粗骨料中掺25%砖骨料时,建筑垃圾再生混凝土基本力学性能满足新建水泥路面面层材料的要求,而当掺量达50%时,对再生混凝土抗折强度影响较大;颗粒级配的影响较小;用本文的计算公式得到的再生混凝土抗折强度计算值与实测值很接近。
Construction waste recycled concrete is made by mixing recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate in proportion. Based on the analysis of the impact the mixing amount of waste brick aggregate, the amount of supplementary water and grain composition on the performance of recycled concrete, the method of mix proportion design on construction waste recycled concrete used in road surface is studied. It shows that the flexural strength of construction waste recycled concrete decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio and supplementary water. While the content of brick aggregate in recycled coarse aggregate is 25%, the basic mechanical performance of construction waste recycled concrete can satisfy the requirements of material to new cement pavement surface. While the content is 50%, the flexural strength of recycled concrete is greatly influenced by the brick aggregate. The influence of grain composition is very limited. The prediction of flexural strength of recycled concrete obtained by the calculating formula derived from this paper is very close to the actual flexural strength.
