摘要
目的:观察"三部三线法"面部经络刮痧结合珍珠美白散治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:72例患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组34例,治疗组采用面部经络刮痧结合珍珠美白散治疗,内服维生素C;对照组口服维生素C。4周为1疗程,两个疗程后评价有效率进行对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组为52.9%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"三部三线法"面部经络刮痧结合珍珠美白散治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效好,不良反应少,可临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of using＂three parts and three lines＂facial scraping in treating chloasma with Zhenzhu Meibai Powder.Methods： 72 cases of chloasma patients were randomly divided into treatment group（38cases） and controlled group（34cases）,the treatment group were treated with facial meridian scrapping combined with Zhenzhu Meibai Powder,oral administration of vitamin C.The controlled group was treated with vitamin C,4weeks for 1course,the two groups were treated two courses before evaluating efficiency analysis.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was92.1%,while 52.9% in the controlled group,the result was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： ＂Three parts and three lines＂facial meridian scrapping combined with Zhenzhu Meibai Powder achieves good clinical curative effect in the treatment of chloasma with less adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
