摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在骨科压疮预防中的应用效果及对患者自护能力的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将200例骨科卧床患者随机分为观察组(n=100)和对照组(n=100)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理干预。对比两组压疮发生情况,采用自护能力测定量表(ESCA)评价两组治疗后3 d和出院前自我护理能力,采用自制护理满意度量表评价两组出院前护理满意度。结果:观察组压疮发生7例(7.00%),对照组为18例(18.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院前,观察组ESCA量表各维度评分和总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组护理满意度92.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效降低骨科卧床患者压疮发生风险,提高患者自护能力和护理满意度。
Objective：To investigate the value of evidence-based nursing in pressure ulcers prevention and its influence on selfnursing ability of orthopedic patients. Methods： A Total of 200 orthopedic bedridden patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was applied with the evidence-based nursing. The incidence of pressure ulcers were compared between two groups. The self-nursing ability of patients was assessed by the exercise of self-care agency scale （ESCA） three days after treatment and at discharge respectively. The satisfaction of patients to nursing service was evaluated by self-made questionnaire at discharge. Results： The incidence of pressure ulcers was 7.00% （7/100） in the observation group, which was significant lower than 18.00% （18/100） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score and score of each dimension in ESCA were significant higher in the observation group than those in the control group at discharge （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with the control group （92.00% vs. 82.00% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The evidence-based nursing is effective to reduce the risk of pressure ulcers, and to improve self-nursing ability and nursing satisfaction among orthopedic patients.
