摘要
针对缅甸某地低铁、高硅、高铝锡精矿、还原剂和熔剂的物化性能进行分析研究。根据该锡精矿的特点选定CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2渣型,再对还原熔炼工艺过程进行研究。结果表明:1)还原熔炼过程中坩埚选型对炉渣成分影响很大;2)熔炼最佳工艺条件为:熔炼温度1 450℃、时间2 h,还原剂煤的需求量为理论量的1.2倍,CaO/SiO_2质量比为0.8。
The physical and chemical performance of reducing agent and fusing agent is analyzed and researched according to one tin concentrate with low iron, high silicon and high aluminum in Burma. Based on the features of the tin concentrate, CaO -Al2O3 - SiO2 slag type is selected, and the reduction smelting process is researched. The results show: 1 ) the crucible selection has great influence to furnace slag during the reduction smelting process; 2) The optimal smelting process conditions are: smelting temperature is 1450℃, for 2 hours, the quantity demanded is 1.2 times of the theoretical amount, the mass ratio of CaO/SiO2 is 0.8.
