摘要
医院文化是医院精神文明建设的重要载体,是以员工为中心,以调动医护人员内在积极性为目的,以文化的方式增强医院管理的管理形式。它兼具医院特色和文化属性,影响并贯穿于医院管理的全过程,对于推进医院发展壮大具有非常重要的现实意义。该文尝试对医院文化内涵、发展状况的阐述,明晰医院文化建设的要求、分析其当前存在的突出问题,提出实用的思路和举措,希望对现代医院文化建设创新、发展有所帮助。
Hospital culture is an important element for the creation of the psychological arm of management. Mainly focusing on motivating the internal drive of medical staff, thus it enhances the effectiveness of hospital management. As the culture is unique to a hospital, it affects the hospital management across the deck, thus it has a practical significance in the development and expansion of the hospital. In this paper, I will attempt to define hospital culture, clarify the attributes of the hospital culture, analyze exiting problems associated with hospital cultures, and put forward practical implementation measures hoping to help creativity,innovation and development of modern hospital cultures.
