摘要
目的探讨围术期放松训练对肺癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法分析青海省第五人民医院外科2011年2月~2016年3月收治的肺癌患者120例临床资料,依据是否实施围术期放松训练分为两组,对照组60例采用常规护理措施,观察组60例采用围术期放松训练。观察两组术前、术后1s用力呼吸容积(FEV1)、用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、FEV1占预计值的百分比(FEV,%)、抑郁评分(SDS)、焦虑评分(SAS)、功能型维度评分、症状型维度评分。结果两组术前FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%、SDS、SAS、功能型维度评分、症状型维度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组术后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1%、功能型维度评分、症状型维度评分均高于术前,SDS、SAS均低于术前,观察组改善较对照组显著,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论围术期放松训练在肺癌中应用,可以改善患者肺功能和不良心理情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore influence of perioperative relaxation training on postoperative recovery of patients with lung cancer. Methods Clinical data of 120 patients with lung cancer in Department of Surgery, the Fifth People's Hospital, Qinghai Province from February 2011 to March 2016 were analyzed. They were divided into two groups ac- cording to whether implement perioperative relaxation training or not. Conventional nursing measure was used in control group of 60 cases, perioperative relaxation training was applied in observation group of 60 cases. FEVI, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, SDS, SAS, functional dimension score, symptoms dimension score between two groups before operation and af- ter operation were detected. Results FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, SDS, SAS, functional dimension score, symptoms di- mension score between two groups before operation were compared, with no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05). FEV1, FEV1/FVC, FEV1%, functional dimension score, symptoms dimension score of observation group after operation were higher than before operation, SDS, SAS of observation group after operation were lower than before operation, observa- tion group was significantly improved than that control group, with statistical differences (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Peri- operative relaxation training applied in lung cancer can improve lung function and bad psychological emotion of pa- tients, improve quality of life, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
