摘要
目的观察参芪十一味与多糖铁复合物联用治疗妊娠期贫血的临床疗效。方法将84例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例,对照组给予多糖铁复合物口服,1次/d,1片/次,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参芪十一味颗粒口服,3次/d,1包/次,每2周复查血常规,疗程1个月,评估2组血红蛋白、红细胞计数和血清铁蛋白水平,最后分析2组疗效差异。结果治疗后2组血红蛋白、红细胞计数和血清铁蛋白浓度值明显优于治疗前,治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗组42例,痊愈6例,有效35例,总有效率为97.62%,明显优于对照组的85.7%,均有统计学意义。结论参芪十一味能补气养血,填精生髓。改善孕妇体质,多糖铁复合物可有效补充铁元素,参芪十一味颗粒的联用可明显增强多糖铁复合物对于妊娠期贫血的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the associated treatment with Shenqishiyiwei and polysaccharide-iron complex for anemia in pregnancy. Methods The 84 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,42 cases each group. The control group was given oral polysaccharide-iron complex,Qd.,one piece each time; the treatment group was given extra oral Shenqishiyiwei grain,Tid,. one bag each time,blood routine examed every two weeks,treatment course of one month,compared the concentration changes of HB（ hemoglobin） RBC（ red blood cell） count and serum ferritin before and after the treatment. Results Both of the two groups showed an elevated levcl of Hb,RBC count and serum fern＇tin ofter treatment. The treatment group,6 of them were cured,35 were improved,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97. 62%; which was superior to the tolal effective rate of contrd group 85. 71%. All the results were statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Shenqishiyiwei can invigorating vitality and nourish blood,works for essence and marrow improve gravida＇s corporeity;Polysaccharide iron complex is the efficient way for iron supplement; The combination with shenqishiyiwei Granules could significantly enhance the therapeutic effects of polysaccharide-iron complex on anemia in pregnaney.
