摘要 [目的]探讨磁化水浸种和灌溉对大葱苗期生长的影响。[方法]在光照培养箱环境下,研究磁化水和普通自来水浸种和灌溉对大葱幼苗生长的作用效果差异。[结果]磁化水浸种和播后灌溉可显著提高大葱幼苗叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量,根系活力增强,从而促进大葱苗期根叶生长。[结论]磁化水浸种生产上应用可达到缩短苗龄的生产目的。 [Objetive] The aim was to explore effects of magnetized water soaking and irrigation on welsh onion seedling growth. [Method] In light growth incubator, effects of soaking and irrigation of magnetized water and Ordinary tap water on seedling growth in welsh onion were studied, [Result] The treatment of magnetized water soaking and irrigation promoted the contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein as well as soluble sugar in leaves and root activities significantly, which could accelerate the leaves and roots growth. [Conclusion] Magnetized water soaking and irrigation could accelerate growth and development of welsh onion significantly in seedling stage, which could reduce age of seedling.
