摘要
地方本科院校向应用型大学转变需要应用型高等教育理论的指导,需要"双能型"师资队伍的支撑,同时还需要应用型课程体系的构建以及应用型人才培养质量标准的制定。解决好这几个至关重要的问题,是健康发展应用型高等教育的前提。
The transformation of local undergraduate colleges to appied ones is to be guided by applied college educational theories and supported by double-capacity teachers team with construction of applied curriculum system and talent quality criterion, which will be the basis for the healthy development of applied college education.
