孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘对患者免疫反应的影响探讨被引量：3

摘要目的分析孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘对患者免疫反应的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月—2016年4月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=46),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗,对比2组的治疗总有效率,并检测对比2组治疗前后CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平。结果观察组的总有效率为95.65%,对照组的总有效率为70.59%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平高于对照组,CD_8^+水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特可改善支气管哮喘患者机体的免疫功能,缓解炎症反应,改善临床症状,值得推广应用。
