摘要
随着高校体育教学工作改革的不断推进,寻求一种新的教学模式来改变高校体育教学现状显得势在必行。从健康和学生全面发展的角度出发,以合肥工业大学、中国科技大学、安徽大学、安徽建筑大学、合肥师范学院5所学校的600名学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、教学实验法、数理统计法等方法,对体育选项课分班异步教学模式的教学效果进行验证。实践证明,体育选项课分班异步教学模式有利于调动学生的积极性;有利于培养学生的体育兴趣;有利于提高学生的理论知识水平、技能水平、身体素质;有利于促进学生的体质健康。
As the land reform in colleges and universities sports teaching work, seeking a new teaching mode to change the university sports teaching is imperative. This article from the perspective of health and all-round development of students, in Hefei University of Technology, China University of Science and Technology, Anhui Uni- versity, Anhui Architecture University, Hefei normal col- lege school＇s 600 students as the research object, using the method of documentary, teaching experiment, mathematica1 statistics method and other methods, the sports option class divide into classes asynchronous teaching mode of teaching effect. Practice has proved, the sports option class divide into classes asynchronous teaching mode is helpful to arouse the enthusiasm of students, to cultivate students＇ interest in sports, to improve students＇ theoretical knowledge level, skill level, physical qualities, it＇ s also helpful to promote students＇ physical health.
