摘要
作者从时代背景、理念创新和思想创新、战略布局、战略举措、政策建议等方面对党中央治国理政新理念新思想新战略研究进行评估,指出从马克思主义理论、经济学、国家治理现代化、国际关系等角度探讨的成果汗牛充栋,为从国际视角进行总体性学理研究打下了坚实的基础。我们要有一种全局性的研究思路,即站在统筹国内国际两个大局的思想高度,从国际和大战略的角度,深入研究党中央治国理政的新理念新思想新战略,积极应对中国和平发展进程中的新难题,尤其是防范"中等收入陷阱"和"修昔底德陷阱"风险,着眼于破除崛起困境,规划崛起之后,以理念创新和思想创新为指引,构建并完善面向21世纪中叶世界大国前景的中国大战略框架,并就具体的战略议题提出具有针对性的政策建议,为实现"两个一百年"战略目标提供扎实的学理支撑。
The author gives an evaluation on the research of new philosophy,new thought,and new strategy for CCP Central Committee's governance of the Country,with a focus on exploring the existing academic research of the historical background,the philosophical and theoretical innovation,the strategic design and measure,and the policy suggestions in terms of CCP Central Committee's governance of China.He believes that we can find numerous literature on the research of CCP Central Committee's governance of China in the area of Marxism,economics,modernization of national governance,and theory of international relations,which provides a solid theoretical basis for us to research on the same issue with an international studies perspective.The author argues that we should adopt an overall point of view,i.e.to take the overall domestic and international situation into consideration when we make the research on CCP Central Committee's governance of the country from the perspective of international arena and grand strategy.He debates that China should actively respond to the new problems when it is in the process of peaceful development,in particular,the risk of so-called'Middle Income Trap'and'the Thucydides Trap'.The critical task for the research is to find the ways to address the dilemma of rising and to build and optimize a strategic framework in prospect of China's emergence as a world power in the middle of the 21st Century.The research agenda can be guided by the philosophical and theoretical innovation of CCP Central Committee's governance of the country,and hopefully provides pertinent policy recommendations on some specific strategic issues.The author concludes that this research agenda,if successfully advanced,will provide solid theoretical support to fulfill the'Two One-Hundred Years'strategic objectives of China.
