基于组合的矩阵打分算法识别Na^+和K^+配体结合残基

Identification Binding Residues of Na^+ And K^+ Ligand Based on Combined Matrix Algorithm

摘要 金属离子配体与蛋白质的相互作用,在诸多重要的生命进程中实现着不可替代的生物学功能,配体结合残基的预测对蛋白质生物功能的理解提供重要的依据,也有利于药物设计和开发。工作中选取了研究者已整理好的一价金属离子配体Na+和K+的结合残基数据集,在序列水平上使用矩阵打分算法识别了Na^+和K^+金属离子配体结合残基,发现整体分类器的预测结果好于单分类器的预测结果。 The interaction between metal ion any important life processes. We selected residue datasets by researcher constructed, based on sequence information using hm predicted Na+ and K+ binding residue. Based on combined classifier predic- and K+ binding residue is better.
