摘要
采用溶液聚合法制备了海藻酸钠-硅藻土-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺(SA-DM-AA-AM)共聚高吸水性树脂。通过正交试验较全面地研究了该四元接枝共聚树脂的合成条件,并以树脂吸水倍率为评价指标对工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:在AM、SA、DM、交联剂及引发剂用量分别为10%、10%、5%、0.01%和0.3%,中和度为60%,反应温度为85℃的条件下进行接枝共聚,可得到吸水倍率高达636.5 g/g的高吸水性树脂,该树脂同时还具有较好的重复吸水性能。
The sodium alginate-diatomite-acrylic acid-acrylamide(SA-DM-AA-AM) supper absorbent resin was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization method. The synthesis condition of the quaternary copolymer resin was comprehensively studied via orthogonal tests, and the process conditions were optimized with water absorption of the resin as the evaluation index. The results indicate that: while the contents of AM, SA, DM, cross-linking agent and initiator are 10%, 10%, 5%, 0.01% and 0.3% respectively, neutralization degree is 60%, and the reaction temperature is 85℃, the water absorption of the quaternary copolymer resin can reach 636.5 g/g, and the resin also shows good repeated water-absorbing capability.
