摘要
采用实验水培法,研究了不同浓度SDS、Cr^(6+)单一处理对满江红(Azolla imbricata)叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和脯氨酸含量的影响.受SDS、Cr^(6+)胁迫后,随着SDS、Cr^(6+)浓度的增加,叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性均表现为先升高后降低,但变化幅度不同;随SDS、Cr^(6+)浓度的增加,丙二醛含量与脯氨酸含量呈现出类似的趋势:均呈升高状态.
Using the hydroponic method,the effects of different concentrations of SDS,Cr6+ single processing on Azolla (Azolla imbricata) chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and proline content were investigated. After that SDS,Cr6+ Stress,along with SDS,Cr6+ concentration,the chlorophyll content,superoxide dismutase activity showed after first and then decreased, but the magnitude of change in different;With SDS,Cr6+ increasing concentrations of malondialdehyde content and proline content showed a similar trend,which showed elevated status.
