摘要
为克服纯钛种植牙硬度低,在维护保养过程中表面易被划伤的问题,在纯钛表面制备了高硬度渗氮钛(TiN)陶瓷层;在不降低TiN硬度的前提下,采用水热处理方法对TiN进行部分氧化处理,以改善其骨传导性。结果表明,水热处理温度不超过100℃时,TiN表面发生部分氧化,润湿性能得到改善,而表面形貌及硬度未发生变化;当水热处理温度高于100℃时,试样表面出现纳米尺寸沉积,硬度明显下降;100℃是在去离子水介质中对TiN进行水热处理的临界温度。水热处理在对TiN进行氧化的同时能够保持其高硬度,可以使TiN成为优良的种植牙镀层材料。
Dental implant of pure titanium( Ti) is prone to be scratched during daily maintenance due to insufficient hardness.To overcome this problem,titanium nitride( TiN) coating was prepared and then hydrothermal treatment was conducted to modify its surface in order to improve osteoconductivity.The results show that TiN surface is partially oxidized and its wettability is improved significantly while the morphology and the hardness are not affected after treatments at 100 ℃ and below.When the treatment temperature is over100 ℃,nano-sized precipitation is formed and surface hardness of the TiN coating decreases.100 ℃ is determined as the critical temperature for the hydrothermal treatment in pure water.Hydrothermal treatment partially oxidizes TiN coating while preserving hardness and it is expected to make TiN a promising coating for titanium dental implant.
