摘要 对汽车发动机盖内板的成形过程进行了研究,基于数值模拟的方法对其成形过程进行了有限元仿真分析,得到零件的成形极限图和厚度变化图,并以此来判断成形效果。针对成形过程中出现的拉深不足和起皱等缺陷,通过反复调整工艺参数和拉深筋尺寸及分布,得出了较好的零件成形状态,零件的最大减薄率为22.8%,最大增厚率为5.9%。根据该工艺方案进行了实际冲压试验,通过比较仿真分析与试验结果不同测点位置的厚度,其偏差小于3%,从而验证了两者的一致性。研究结果表明,数值模拟分析用于板料成形分析是可行的,能够提高设计生产效率。 The drawing process of automotive engine hood inner panel was researched,and the finite element simulation analysis of the drawing process was carried out by numerical simulation. Then,the forming limit diagram and thickness variation diagram of parts were obtained,and the forming effect was assessed. For the defects of insufficient stretch and wrinkles during the drawing process,the preferable drawing results with the maximum thinning rate of 22. 8% and the maximum thickening rate of 5. 9% were obtained by adjusting the process parameters and the size and distribution of draw bead. The actual drawing experiments were carried out based on the above condition,and the deviation is less than 3% by comparing the thickness at the different points between the simulation results and the test results. Therefore,their consistency is verified. The research results show that the numerical simulation analysis is feasible to analyze the sheet forming and can improve the efficiency of design and production.
