摘要
为了快速准确地前瞻识别和判断对未来科技竞争力具有重大意义的领域方向,本文开发了一种面向未来科技竞争力分析的新工具FCAT。FCAT能半自动构建领域知识分类体系,帮助用户迅速、全面把握该领域研究现状。FCAT还实现了自动抽取科技文献中的相关研究水平指标功能,可以揭示不同科研机构的竞争力水平。FCAT在Linux系统环境下开发,采用B/S模式实现。通过相关实验表明,FCAT能有效的实现对未来科技竞争力的分析,克服了目前工具不能深入文献全文进行研究水平揭示的不足。
In order to identify the future competitiveness research area of science and technology, this paper developed a new tool for analysis of science and technology competitiveness in the future (Future Competition Analysis Tools, FCAT). FCAT achieved semi automatic construction of domain knowledge map, helping the user, grasp the research fronts in their concern research field quickly. FCAT also implemented the automatic extraction technology for extracting the relevant re- search level in the literature, which can reveal the competitiveness of different research institutions. FCAT was developed in the Linux environment, using B/S mode to realize the functions. The experiments show that, FCAT can realize the analysis of science and technology in the future competitiveness of the effective.
