摘要
利用菱镁矿通过阶梯化升温保温的煅烧方式制备活性氧化镁。首先分析TG-DTG曲线得出菱镁矿的主要分解温度为550~700℃;然后根据主要分解温度范围分别预设不同的煅烧温度和保温时间,计算分解率,并利用水合法测定氧化镁的活性。最后综合考虑菱镁矿分解率和氧化镁活性两方面因素,得出最佳煅烧条件为:550℃保温7 h,升到650℃后保温2 h。
In this paper, activated MgO is prepared by stepwise calcining magnesite. First, getting the main decomposition temperature 550 - 700℃ by analyzing TG-DTG curves of magnesite. Then, different calcination temperature and holding time are respectively preseted according to the decomposition temperature of the main scope, to calculate its decomposition rate and determine the activity of magnesium oxide by using the hydration method. Finally, considering magnesite decomposition rate and magnesium oxide activity, the conclusion is getted that the best calcining condition is: 550℃ heat preserve for 7 h, then up to 650℃ heat preserve for 2 h.
