摘要
商用微电机具有体积小、质量轻、采购成本低、采购周期短和采购途径方便等优势,被广泛应用于军用型号工程上。但商用级机电产品因其固有的质量等级特性,使用在军用型号上存在质量风险,故需要对产品的重要参数(如环境、使用温度、应力和预期的性能)进行研究,并进行结构分析和破坏性试验,以全面了解产品的特性,掌握产品已知的和在使用环境下产生潜在风险的失效机理。通过采取适当的加固防护措施,针对性地进行升级筛选和鉴定试验,可以避免产品固有的和在使用环境下产生的潜在风险,满足工程使用要求。
Commercial micro motors may be used in military products for the advantage of smaller volume, lighter weight, cheaper price, shorter buying time, and easier to get. But there is some quality risk introduced in military products certainly. So the important characteristic including operation environment temperature etc. , should be known clearly, even structural analysis and destruction tests may be used to discover the potential risk and failure mechanism. Subsequently, ele- vating screen test and appraising test can be used to avoid risk and check the validity of the reinforcing steps. Then some of the commercial micro motors can be selected out, which meet the need of military products.
