摘要
目的:研究当归芍药散对肾病综合征大鼠电解质紊乱的纠正作用。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,福辛普利组,当归芍药散高、中、低剂量组,采用尾静脉注射阿霉素法复制肾病综合征大鼠模型,用代谢笼收集大鼠24 h尿液,采用全自动生化分析仪检测大鼠血清与尿液的Na+、K+、Cl-浓度。结果:与模型组相比,当归芍药散各剂量组大鼠血清电解质Na+、K+、Cl-浓度上升,尿液中Na+、K+、Cl-浓度下降。结论:当归芍药散可纠正肾病综合征大鼠电解质紊乱。
Objective:To observe the effect of Danggui Shaoyao San to correction the disorder of electrolyte on rats with nephritic syndrome. Methods:The male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,fosinopril group,high,medium and low dose groups of Danggui Shaoyao San,and model rat of nephritic syndrome induced by tail vein injection of adriamycin. Collecting rat urine by metabolic cage in 24 hours,using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the levels of Na^+,K^+,Cl^-in serum and urine. Results:Compared with the model group,the rat serum electrolyte Na^+,K^+,Cl^-concentration increased in each dose of Danggui Shaoyao San,yet the rat urine electrolyte Na^+,K^+,Clconcentration decreased. Conclusion:The electrolyte disturbance in rats with nephritic syndrome can be corrected by Danggui Shaoyao San.
