摘要
目的:观察探讨中西医结合疗法对产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将128例患者随机分成两组,两组在年龄、分娩方式、胎儿体重、孕周及产程上均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组64例,采用按摩膀胱、指导教育、热敷、热熏、新斯的明肌肉注射等;治疗组64例,采用法国杉山的盆底功能障碍治疗仪Phenix U4的低频脉冲电刺激,日2次,每次40 min,连续治疗3 d,并同时给予针刺关元、中极、三阴交、阴陵泉、足三里5个穴位和艾灸疗法。结果:两组治疗后第1次小便自解情况进行比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法对于产后尿潴留治疗有明显疗效,值得临床推广和使用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on postpartum urinary retention. Methods：128 patients were randomly divided into two groups.There were no significant differences in the age,the mode of delivery,fetal weight,gestational age and birth process between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Control group of 64 cases were treated by bladder massage,guidance,hot compress,hot smoke,neostigmine injection. Treatment group of 64 cases were treated by low frequency pulse electrical stimulation of pelvic floor dysfunction treatment instrument Phenix U4 of Shanshan company from France,twice one day,about 40 minutes every time. Continuously treated for 3 days. And at the same time give acupuncture of Guanyuan,Zhongji,Yinlingquan,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli acupoint and moxibustion therapy five. Result：The two groups after treatment for the first time since the solution of the urine were compared,the treatment group was better than the control group significantly,there were significant difference between them（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combination therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious curative effect on the treatment of postpartum urinary retention,it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
