摘要
目的:研究葛根钩藤中药复方缓释片的制备方法,并考察其体外释放特性。方法:以羟丙甲基纤维素(HPMC)为骨架材料,采用湿法制粒,制备葛根钩藤缓释片。采用正交设计以体外溶出度为评价指标,进行处方筛选。结果:HPMC规格与用量、乳糖用量对释放度影响显著,当以22%的HPMC K4M为骨架材料,18%乳糖为稀释剂时,制剂具有良好的12 h体外释药特性。结论:葛根钩藤中药复方缓释片处方合理,制备工艺简单可行,药物在体外释放可以达到缓释效果。
Objective: To study the preparation method of Pueraria lobata and Uncaria rhynehophylla compound sus- tained- release tablet and inspect its release characteristics in vitro. Methods: By using hydroxypropyl methyl eeUulose (HPMC) as matrix materials, Pueraria lobata and Uncaria rhynehophylla sustained - release tablets were prepared by wet granulation. Taking the in vitro dissolubility as evaluation parameter, the prescription was optimized by orthogonal design experiment method. Results : The specification and amount of HPMC and the amount of lactose had remarkable effect on the drug release rate,when 22% HPMC K4M was used as the matrix material and 18% lactose as diluent, the property of drug in vitro release was good in 12 hours. Conclusion: The prescription of Pueraria lobata and Unearia rhynehophylla sustained - release tablet was reasonable and the preparation process was simple and feasible. It could prolong the release of drug in vitro.
