家兔心肌缺血造模前后内关穴红外辐射温度特异性的观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察新西兰家兔心肌缺血造模前后内关穴的红外辐射温度的变化,比较穴位与对照点在生理、心肌缺血病理状态下红外辐射信息的差异,揭示穴位与生命不同状态的关联。方法:使用红外热像仪分别采集12只家兔心肌缺血造模前后(造模前、造模即刻、造模后10、20、30、40、50、60 min)内关穴与其对照点的红外辐射温度。结果:1家兔心肌缺血造模后,内关穴及相应对照点红外辐射温度低于造模前。内关穴红外辐射温度在心肌缺血造模即刻明显高于对照点,P<0.05;2内关穴与对照点红外辐射温度的差异表现在左侧内关穴,左内关穴红外辐射温度明显高于左内关对照点,P<0.05,右内关与其对照点比较无明显统计学差异,P>0.05。结论:1家兔穴位及对照点红外辐射温度在心肌缺血病理状态低于正常。2家兔心肌缺血造模即刻,左侧内关穴红外辐射温度明显高于左内关对照点。左侧内关穴的穴位特异性在心肌缺血造模即刻得以显现。 Objective : To observe the change of infrared radiation temperature of New Zealand rabbits' Neiguan ( PC6 ) and control points before and after myocardial ischemia model making. To compare the difference of infrared radiation information of acupoints and control points in physiology and pathology situation. To reveal the relationship between acu- points and life state. Methods : Collect the data of infrared radiation temperature of Neiguan(PC6) and control points of 12 rabbits before and after myocardial ischemia model making( before modeling, immediately after modeling, 10 min after modeling ,20 rain after modeling,30 min after modeling,40 min after modeling,50 rain after modeling,60 min after modeling). Results:①After myocardial ischemia model making, the infrared radiation temperature of Neiguan (PC6) and control points was lower than those before. The infrared radiation temperature of Neiguan(PC6) was higher than that of control point immediately after modeling(P 〈0. 05). ②The infrared radiation temperature of left Neiguan (PC6) was obviously higher than that of the left control point and there was no obvious difference between right Neiguan(PC6) and right control point. Conclusion:①When it is myocardial ischemia condition, the infrared radiation temperature of rabbits' acupoints and control points was lower than that of normal state. ②Immediately after myocardial ischemia modeling, the infrared radiation temperature of left Neiguan(PC6) was obviously higher than that of the left control point. The specificity of left Neiguan(PC6) was immediately manifested after myocardial ischemia modeling.
