摘要
目的 探讨喉癌患者支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微切除术手术护理干预效果。方法 选取2012年1月-2015年1月苏州大学附属第一医院例行支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微切除术的喉癌患者70例（激光组）,实施传统喉癌切除术的58例喉癌患者（传统组）,回顾性比较两组患者手术护理干预效果。结果 激光组患者平均手术时间低于传统组,发声功能恢复率优于传统组,并发症发生率低于传统组,护理干预时间亦低于传统组,两组对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组手术患者2年内复发率对比,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 喉癌患者行支撑喉镜下CO2激光显微切除术,经专业的手术护理干预和配合,手术时间明显缩短,术后并发症明显减少,术后恢复快,说明该手术较传统手术疗效更佳,也说明喉癌患者手术治疗后仍需进一步规范治疗。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with laryngeal carcinoma undergoing CO2 laser microsurgery under laryngoscope. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015 in First Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University underwent laryngoscope CO2 laser microsurgery in 70 cases of laryngeal cancer patients（laser group）, 58 cases of laryngeal cancer patients with traditional laryngectomy（traditional group）. A retrospective comparison of two groups of patients with perioperative nursing intervention. Results The average operation time of the laser group was lo wer than that of the conventional group, Vocal function recovery rate was better than the traditional group. The complication rate is lower than the traditional group, nursing intervention time is lower than the traditional group. Two groups of contrast, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients within 2 years recurrence rate comparison. There was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laryngeal carcinoma patients underwent CO2 laser microsurgery under laryngoscope, the nursing and intervention combined with surgery, the operation time was significantly shortened, postoperative complications were reduced significantly, postoperative recovery, the operation shows better than traditional surgery, laryngeal cancer patients also need further standardized treatment after surgery.
