摘要
通过宏观和微区形貌检查、化学成分、金相组织检验和显微硬度测试等,对某汽车差速器齿圈断齿原因进行分析。结果表明,该齿圈存在机加工划痕,热处理后齿圈心部强度偏低。相对于承载能力而言,工作应力较大是导致齿圈发生快速脆性断裂的原因,并给出了必要的预防建议。
The failure comparative analysis were carried on differential ring gear used in some kind of car gearbox,including macro appearance inspection, SEM, chemical analysis,metallographic analysis, micro hardness testing and so on. The results show that a scratch on the machined surface, lower core hardness and higher stress are the key reasons for fast brittle fracture failure, and the prevention measures were put forward.
