摘要
针对汽轮发电机转子匝间短路故障难以早期识别的问题,理论分析了该故障引起的定子并联支路不平衡电压和转子不平衡电磁力。通过有限元分析软件Ansoft建立了一台发电机的二维瞬态模型,并应用此模型进行仿真计算,得到正常和几种不同转子匝间短路故障情况下的不平衡电压曲线,并利用麦克斯韦应力张量法得到以上各种情况下的不平衡电磁力曲线。对各条曲线进行比较和频谱分析,得到不平衡特性与槽内短路位置、槽内短路匝数和故障槽位置之间的关系,为该故障的识别甚至定位提供了有力的依据。
Aiming at the problem that rotor inter-turn short circuit fault of turbo-generator is difficult to identify at its early stage, the unbalance voltage between stator parallel branches and the unbalance electromagnetism force of rotor are theoretically analyzed. Through the finite element analysis software Ansoft a 2D transient model is established. Applying this model to make simulation and calculation, we can obtain the unbalance voltage curves of normal and several different rotor inter-turn short circuit fault conditions, and we can also get the unbalance electromagnetism force curves through Maxwell stress tensor method. Comparison and spectral analysis are conducted to the curves, then we can obtain the relationship between unbalance response and fault position of one slot, fault number of turns of one slot and position of faulty slot, which provide a forceful basis for the fault identification and even location.
