长江经济带高新技术产业竞争力综合评价实证研究 被引量:3

Empirical Study on High-tech Industry Competitiveness Comprehensive Evaluation in the Yangtze Economic Zone

摘要 科学评价高新技术产业竞争力,是促进区域高新技术产业竞争力提升的有效途径。借鉴已有研究成果,基于高新技术产业投入、产出、创新和支持环境4个维度,构建了高新技术产业竞争力综合评价指标体系。进而以长江经济带为研究对象展开实证研究。结果表明:2013年,长江经济带各省市产业投入、产出和创新能力差距较大,产业支持环境差距较小;从长期看,江苏、上海和浙江竞争力强,重庆、湖南和安徽竞争力较弱;长江经济带高新技术产业竞争力水平波动幅度不大,江苏和上海稳居前两名,四川稳中有升,安徽、湖南和重庆一直较弱。最后,据此提出了提升长江经济带高新技术产业竞争力的政策建议。 Scientific evaluation of high-tech industry competitiveness is an effective way to promote regional high-tech industry competitiveness. Profiting from the existing research result,the paper sets up a comprehensive evaluation index system about hightech industry competitiveness based on dimensions of input,output,innovation and supportive environment. Then it launches an empirical study and analyzes an evolutionary tendency based on a case of high technology industry in the Yangtze Economic Zone. Result shows that there is a greater gap of industry input,output and innovation and a less one of supportive environment among the cities and provinces of the Yangtze Economic Zone in 2013. Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang have highly competitive,and Chongqing,Hunan and Anhui have less competitive in the long-term. High-tech industry competitiveness fluctuation is not big,and Jiangsu and Shanghai secure first place and Sichuan is still rising steadily,Anhui,Hunan and Chongqing are less powerful in all the time. In the end,the paper gives some advice about enhancing high-tech industry competitiveness in the Yangtze Economic Zone.
