摘要
以铝合金2024-T3的中心裂纹板为研究对象,根据结构细节疲劳额定值(DFR)法计算了不同裂纹长度及不同止裂孔尺寸下结构的疲劳寿命;并通过试验得到半裂纹长度分别为10 mm、15 mm和20 mm,止裂孔半径为2.5 mm和3.5 mm下的结构试验寿命,对比结果验证了该模型及对应方法的可行性;随后对裂纹长度/板宽(2a/W)在0.2~0.6、止裂孔直径/板宽(D/W)0.03~0.20范围内的疲劳寿命进行了预估。根据分析结果得到了止裂孔效果最佳时D/W与2a/W的线性关系式,为工程维修提供技术参考。
The center crack plate of aluminum alloy 2024-T3 is studied. Using structural detail fatigue rating method,the fatigue life of different crack length and size of stop hole is analyzed. the experiment fatigue life which the half crack length is 10 mm /15 mm /20 mm and the crack stop hole radius is 2. 5 mm /3. 5 mm is obtained to verified the model. The fatigue life analysis in this method has the optimum solution When the crack length / width( 2a /W) from 0. 2 to 0. 6,the stop hole diameter/width( D/W) from 0. 03 to 0. 2. The mathematical relationship of D / W and 2a / W is find to provide reference in engineering practice.
