摘要
参考两相流流型的划分方法,给出了压缩空气泡沫流型的类型。搭建实验平台,观察不同工况下压缩空气泡沫在管内的流态特征,分析流速、气液比对流态的影响。结合泡沫流动特性,选取幂律模型描述泡沫的流动,通过理论分析得出了模型参数的算法,确定摩阻系数及压力损失的计算方程。研究成果可为固定压缩空气泡沫灭火技术的工程应用提供一定的理论参考。
The flow pattern of compressed air foam was determined according to the division method of flow pattern of the two-phase flow.Experiment platform was built to observe flow characteristics of compressed air foam in the pipeline under different working conditions,and effect of flow velocity and expansion ratio on flow characteristics were analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of foam flowing,power law model was selected to describe foam flowing,and the algorithm of model parameters and the calculation equation of the friction coefficient and the pressure loss were obtained by theoretical analysis.Those research findings can be used as references in engineering application on integrated compressed air foam system for fixed piping networks.
