摘要
目的:构建科学、实用的医院防暴培训指标体系。方法:通过预调查和小组讨论设计指标体系,运用Delphi法进行2轮专家咨询。结果:构建的培训指标体系包括事前预防、事中应对及事后处理三个单元,15项一级指标和51项二级指标。2轮调查问卷的有效回收率均高于92%,专家的权威系数均在0.79以上,指标变异系数为0.04~0.23之间,协调系数经检验呈显著性(P<0.01),咨询结果可靠。结论:构建的医院防暴培训指标体系层次分明,指标数量适中,具备良好的可操作性,可为医院防暴培训提供参考。
Objective To establish scientific and reasonable index system of training how to prevent violence in hospital. Meth- od The methods of pre-investigation and panel discussion were adopted for index system design. The indexes were screened by ap- plying 2 round of Delphi method. Result The system included three units, including preventing, dealing with and ex-post treating the event, 15 Class I indexes and 51 Class II indexes. The respond rates of two-round questionnaire were all higher than 92%. The authority coefficient of experts was beyond 0.79. The indexes variation coefficient were 0.04 - 0.23. Coefficient of Kendall' s W was significant by inspection(P 〈 0.01 ) ,the results of the consultations were reliable. Conclusion The index system of training of preventing violence in hospital has a clear hierarchical structure, moderate number of indicators, an good operability, which can provide reference for the hospital training of preventing violence.
