摘要 目的:对医用电子直线加速器治疗床自动移位的准确性验证提出具体方案,以保障直线加速器处于正常工作状态,实现对患者的精确治疗。方法:依据国家标准GB/T 19046-2003"医用电子加速器验收试验和周期检验规程",利用游标卡尺和激光定位系统定期对图像引导放射治疗(IGRT)模式下加速器治疗床自动移位的准确性进行检测,获得并记录每次的检测结果。结果:在每次的检测验证结果中,电子直线加速器治疗床在垂直、头脚及左右三维方向上的最大自动移位误差分别为0.08 mm、0.06 mm及0.06 mm,各项指标均符合GB/T 19046-2003质量控制标准,满足临床应用要求。结论:根据质量控制标准并结合医院实际情况,提出针对医用电子直线加速器治疗床自动移位准确性进行检测验证的方法和检测周期,适用于医疗机构的设备技术保障实践。 Objective: In order to ensure the medical linear accelerator is in normal working condition and achieve precise and accurate treatment for patient, this paper presents a simple and convenient detection method to verify the automatic movement accuracy of accelerator treatment table in image guided radiation therapy(IGRT) mode. Methods: According to "the Procedure of medical electron accelerators-acceptance and periodic tests", the vernier calipers and the laser positioning systems were used to measure the automatic movement accuracy ofaccelerator treatment table in IGRT mode at regular intervals. To get and record data of accelerator table in every detection. Results: The results appear the maximum errors of automatic movement on three-dimensionally(vertical, head and foot, left and right) are 0.08 mm,0.06 mm and 0.06 mm, respectively. All of these data of this accelerator table can satisfy the demand of clinical application. Conclusions: This paper bases on the quality control standard and hospital practical situation and provides a new detection verified method and detection period for automatic movement accuracy of electron linear accelerator treatment table, and these results can ensure accelerator table to run normally and safely. This method is simple and convenient, and it can be applied to any accelerator table.
