摘要
对 4家食品和生活污水处理厂活性污泥积累和发酵生产PHA的能力进行了研究。结果表明 ,不同来源活性污泥自然积累PHA的能力有较大差异 ,以广州广美食品厂能力最强 ;不同工厂活性污泥经过驯化、发酵后 ,均可有效富集PHA积累菌 ,PHA产量大幅度提高 ,产物经核磁共振 (1 H NMR)和熔点分析 ,为羟基丁酸与羟基戊酸的共聚物 (PHBV)。
The abilities of polyhydroxyalkanoate(PHA)accumulation of activated sludge from food factories and municipal sewage treatment were investigated There was some difference in PHA accumulation naturally from different factories The results indicated that PHA accumulating microorganisms were enriched and PHA content was increased in cell after domesticating activated sludge in proper conditions The PHA product from Pearl River Brewery activated sludge was identified as poly(3 hydroxybutyrate co 3 hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV)by 1H NMR and the melting point analysis
