摘要 鸡蛋包括胚胎发育所必需的营养物质和生长因子,还有从母鸡血液转移到蛋黄为小鸡提供免疫力的抗体。自从19世纪末期发现卵黄抗体(Ig Y),抗原特异性卵黄抗体被医学和研究领域广泛应用。Ig Y研究最有价值和前景的是被动免疫预防和治疗人类和动物疾病。Ig Y结构中Fc片段的存在使得其更加疏水,适合在卵黄这种高脂环境存在,而且Ig Y性质较稳定,口服不易发生过敏反应,在家禽腹泻和人类胃炎、肠炎及牙周炎等疾病的预防和治疗中有非常出色的表现。免疫母鸡可获得特异性抗体,卵黄中的Ig Y经稀释、凝集和离心等步骤纯化,制成含抗原特异性Ig Y产品,这种Ig Y产品致力于改善家禽和人类健康。 The avian egg contains all of the necessary nutrients and growth factors required for the developing embryo, including antibodies that are transported from the blood of the hen into the egg yolk to provide immunity to the chick. These nutrients and growth factors on the development of the food industry, biotecbnology, cosmetics, human health and other industry have great significance. Since the discovery of egg yolk antibodies in the late 1 800 s, this process has been harnessed to produce antigen-specific yolk antibodies for numerous applications in the medical and research field. However, one of the most valuable and promising areas of egg yolk antibody research is its use for passive immunization to treat and prevent human and animal diseases. Fc fragment which exists in the egg yolk antibody structure makes egg yolk antibody more hydrophobic. It is suitable for the existence of such a high fat envi- ronment in the yolk. Moreover,egg yolk antibody future is stable, and oral administration is not easy to produce allergic reactions. There is a great effect on the prevention and treatment of diarrhea in poultry. In addition, Egg yolk antibody has been found to be effective against a number of human pathogens and diseases, for example human gastritis, enteritis, periodontal disease, fungal infection and so on. One of the most successful clinical applications of Egg yolk antibody has been in the prevention of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) colonization in the airways of cystic fibrosis (CF) patients. Furthermore, the immediate protection afforded by antigen-specific Egg yolk antibody has also been suggested for protection against agents of bioterrorism. Specific antibodies can be obtained through hen egg yolk for passive immunization. Egg yolk antibody was purified by dilution, condensation and centrifugation, and then the product containing antigen specific egg yolk antibody was prepared. Egg yolk antibody products are dedicated to improve human and poultry health.
