摘要
目的分析二维超声联合四维超声检查不同妊娠期胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法选取2014年9月—2015年9月收治的180例疑似胎儿畸形孕妇,依次予以单独二维超声检查(设为对照组)和二维超声联合四维超声检查(设为观察组),观察比较两组产前诊断结果和检查准确度。结果本研究共检出胎儿畸形110例,其中,对照组检出率为80.91%(89/110)、确诊率为73.64%(81/110),均较观察组检出率94.55%(104/110)和确诊率92.73%(102/110)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同妊娠期对照组胎儿畸形确诊率低于观察组,漏诊率高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用二维超声联合四维超声用于产前检查,可快速检出不同妊娠期胎儿畸形情况,准确率高。
Objective To analyze the application value of two - dimensional ultrasound combined with four - dimensional ultrasound in prenatal screening for fetal malformations in different pregnancy periods. Methods The clinical data of 180 pregnant women with suspected fetal malformations who had received treatment in the hospital between September 2014 and September 2015 were selected. The women given two - dimensional ultrasound for detection were set as control group and those given two - dimensional ultrasound combined with four - dimensional ultrasound for examination as observation group. The prenatal diagnosis result and examination accuracy in the two groups were observed and compared. Results 110 cases of fetal malformation were detected in this study, and among them, the detection rate in the control group was 80. 91% (89/110) and definite diagnosis rate was 73. 64% (81/110),both lower than each of those in the observation group, which were 94. 55% (104/110) and 92. 73% (102/110) respectively (P 〈0. 05 ). And at different pregnancy periods, the detection rates in the control group were lower than those of observation group, the missed diagnosis rates in the control group were higher than those of observation group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Two - dimensional ultrasound combined with four - dimensional ultrasound can be used for prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities in different gestational periods, which is with rapid results and with high accuracy.
