摘要
我国是多民族国家,在统一宪政框架下,中央对少数民族聚居地设立民族区域自治制度,落实自治权。自治权作为少数民族自主处理民族内部事务的基本权利,不仅对成功解决民族问题、保障少数民族的政治权利与平等地位,而且对各少数民族自主管理民族内部事务,发挥了重要作用。与此同时,在中央与民族自治地方关系下,采取切实有效的措施,完善民族区域自治权,将对权力行使、民族团结以及国家统一等方面发挥重要作用。
