摘要
目的研究对于精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者实施早期心理护理的应用效果。方法广州市民政局精神病院救治六区于2015年5月～2016年5月收治的精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者56例，随机划分普通组28例与心理组28例，普通组接受一般护理流程，对后组在前组基础上着重加强对患者心理护理，观察生存质量评分及抑郁评分。结果心理组患者抑郁症状评分较高（P〈0．05）；普通组患者生存质量评分较低（P〈0．05）。结论对于精神分裂症合并糖尿病患者而言，对其进行全面基础护理干预，指导患者正确用药，做好心理护理措施，大部分患者心理抑郁状况改善良好且生存质量较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of early mental nursing to schizophrenia patients with diabetes. Methods 56 cases of schizophrenia patients with diabetes cured in treatment area six of Mental Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Administration Bureau from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into common group and mental group with 28 cases in each. Patiens in common group were treated with general nursing, and patients in mental group were treated with mental nursing on the basis of common group. Quality of life score and depression score of the two groups were observed. Results The depression score of mental group was higher than that of common group （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life score of common group was lower than that of mental group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For schizophrenia patients with diabetes, it is benefit to give them comprehensive basic nursing intervention, to instruct the patient to use the medicine correctly, and to complete the psychological nursing measure. Mental depression and good quality of life of most of the patients are good, and the quality of life is hither.
