基于熵权的未确知测度理论的高层建筑火灾危险性评价 被引量:14

摘要 为准确地判断高层建筑的火灾危险性等级,采用未确知测度理论,建立高层建筑火灾危险性未确知测度评价模型。根据高层建筑火灾的特点和灾害机理,建立高层建筑火灾危险性评价指标体系,选取30项因素作为评价指标,并根据某高层建筑的实际情况建立各评价指标的未确知测度函数;利用熵权理论计算各影响因素的指标权重,并依照置信度识别准则进行等级判定,最后得到该高层建筑火灾危险性的评价结果。研究结果表明:该方法不仅能给出高层建筑的火灾危险性等级,且采用熵权法确定其指标权重,能使评价结果更为客观合理,为高层建筑火灾危险性等级评估提供了一条新的思路。 In order to accurately figure out the fire risk classification of high-rise buildings,this paper estab- lishes an uncertainty measurement evaluation model based on the uncertainty measurement theory. In accordance with the characteristics and causes of high-rise building fire,the paper selects twenty two evaluation indexes as evaluation factors to build the uncertainty measurement function. The paper uses the entropy theory to calculate the index weights of factors and applies the credible degree criteria for hazard classification. Finally,the paper achieves the evaluation result of fire hazard classification of high-rise buildings. It is found that the evaluation result gained is relatively close to that gained by fuzzy evaluation method, and the evaluation result also reveals that application of the entropy theory for weight determination makes the result more objective, thus, providing a new and effective evaluation method for fire hazard classification of high-rise buildings.
