摘要
针对煤矿井下存在的功率因数低、谐波污染严重和设备启动困难三大电能质量问题,分析了问题产生的原因和危害,并设计了一套静止无功补偿装置用来解决这些问题。论述了装置的工作原理和结构组成。介绍了设备的安装使用方法,并通过某矿的实际应用案例,对设备投入前后的电网情况进行了分析对比,证明了该设备的应用效果。
Aimed at the three major power quality problems in coal mine which are low power factor, serious harmonic pollution and equipment start-up difficulties analyzes the cause and harm of the problem. A set of static reactive power compensation device is designed to solve these problems. The working principle and structure of the device are discussed. The installation and use of equipment are introduced. And through the practical application of a mine,analysis and comparison are made on the power grid before and after the equipment investment. The application effect of the device is proved.
