摘要
为检测室温硫化硅橡胶防污闪涂料(RTV硅橡胶涂料)的基胶含量,即有机固含量,采用热失重分析、热传导分析、Fourier变换红外光谱分析、密度分析等方法,对实验室制备的RTV硅橡胶涂料样品进行检测,同时选取厂家实际产品进行验证。结果表明:上述方法可以有效地检测RTV硅橡胶涂料中基胶和填料的含量比例,其中密度的测量简便易行,可以作为现场抽检的项目,为绝缘子用常温硫化硅橡胶防污闪涂料的入网前检测提供参考。
In order to determinate the organic solid content of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber anti-pollution flashover coating（RTV coating）, the thermogravimetry, thermoconductivity, Fourier transform infrared spectrum, and density analysis methods were used as test methods. RTV coatings prepared in laboratory and commercial products were used to verify the effectiveness of these methods.The results show that these methods can effectively determinate the organic solid and filler content in RTV coatings, and the density analysis method is convenient and feasible, which can be used as an item for sampling inspection. These methods can provide reference for the detection of RTV coatings.
