摘要
在实际切削加工中,随着切削的进行,刀具的磨损会越来越严重,这种磨损会严重影响切削过程,对切削力、切削温度等影响极大。本文通过有限元仿真软件ABAQUS模拟了不同磨损程度的PCBN刀具切削高强度钢Cr12Mo V的过程,揭示出了刀具磨损量对切削过程的影响规律,并通过试验进行了验证。
In the actual cutting,tool wear will be worse with the cutting going on. The wear will seriously affect the cutting process with influence on the cutting force,cutting temperature. In this paper,finite element simulation software ABAQUS is usedto carry on a simulation of the different degrees worn PCBN toolscutting high- strength steel Cr12 Mo V.The research shows the influence of the tool wear on the cutting process,whichis verified through relevant experiments in the end.
