摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的临床疗效。方法选取64例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者作为研究对象,随机进行分组;对照组32例,采取开腹手术治疗;观察组32例,根据患者的病理类型,采取针对性的腹腔镜手术治疗;分析患者的手术治疗情况及临床疗效。结果观察组32例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜手术治疗,无1例转开腹手术,围术期均无严重的手术并发症;手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均优于对照组,妊娠率大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的疗效显著、创伤性小、恢复快,术后妊娠的可能性增大。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis associated with infertility. Methods Select 64 example intrauterine membrane endometriosis associated with infertility patients as the research object, random grouping. The control group, 32 cases treated with open operation. Observation group of 32 cases,according to the patients with pathological type, adopt corresponding laparoscopic surgery. Analysis inpatients with surgical treatment and clinicalcurative effect. Results Observation group of 32 cases of patients were successfully completed laparoscopic surgery, no open operation, perioperative had no serious complications. Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay were superior to control group, the pregnancy rate is greater than the control group, difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis associated infertility is significant, minimally invasive, rapid recovery, and the possibility of pregnancy increased significantly.
