摘要
目的探讨肾综合征出血热各期的不同护理方案对疾病预后的影响。方法对82例肾综合征出血热患者各期制定不同的护理方案。结果因并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征死亡3例,其余患者经过合理的治疗及全面的护理均痊愈出院。结论合理全面的护理方案的制定与实施,是临床治疗肾综合征出血热各期的重要环节,也是影响患者病情好转与否的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing programs on the prognosis of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods 82 cases of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in different stages developed different nursing programs. Results 3 patients died of acute respiratory distress syndrome, the other patients were cured after reasonable treatment and comprehensive care. Conclusion The establishment and implementation of a reasonable and comprehensive nursing program is an important step in the clinical treatment of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. It is also an important factor affecting the patient＇s condition.
